Bring your own model
Connect your own Claude, OpenAI, Gemini or Mistral key. Inference is billed by your provider, never marked up by us, and you choose the model per agent.
Run agents locally
Put the coding agent on a developer machine and their own Claude Code subscription. No tokens billed at all, and the monthly agent budget only applies to work running in the cloud.
Your own spending cap
Set a monthly ceiling in euros. You get a warning at 80 percent and a hard stop at the cap, with a switch per agent to shape the spend before it happens.

- help Is the price per user or per workspace?
- Per workspace. Each plan includes a bundle of users, and any extra user is charged on top. A small team never pays for seats it does not use.
- help Does Suporta mark up my AI usage?
- No. You connect your own provider and key, and your provider bills you directly. Suporta measures token spend per phase so you can report and re-invoice it to your clients with a markup you set. That markup is yours, not ours.
- help What does running agents on my own machine cost?
- Nothing in tokens. The work runs on a developer machine through the Claude Code subscription that developer already has. Suporta stays the orchestrator: it queues the ticket, tracks the status, and opens the pull request.
- help Can I try the agents before committing?
- Yes. The free trial unlocks every feature on every plan, including the agents. Point them at a low-risk project, watch the pull requests, and decide.
- help Is my code sent to Suporta?
- No. In local mode the code never leaves your git remote: the agent pushes with your own credentials, and nothing about your local setup is ever sent to us. In cloud mode the agent works inside your own install.
- help How is data separated between clients?
- Each organisation gets its own database and its own subdomain. Within it, users are allocated to companies, and client users only ever see their own company tickets. That is enforced on the server, not hidden in the interface.
