workspace_premium Built on ourselves

We were customer zero

Suporta was not designed in a workshop. It is the system our own agency runs on, and every feature on this site exists because a real support ticket demanded it.

We shipped the agents because our own backlog was drowning us. The test was simple: would I let this thing open a pull request against production code I am responsible for? It took an isolated sandbox, a real browser, and a reviewer that cannot approve its own work before the answer was yes.

How it got here

A tool built out of frustration

inbox01

The problem

A twelve-person agency running support for a dozen clients. Tickets in one tool, sprints in another, hours in a spreadsheet, and the answer to "can we bill this?" living in someone's head.

merge_type02

What we did about it

We collapsed it into one system. Tickets, projects, sprints, capacity, leave, timelogs and invoicing on the same data, so a leave day changes the sprint and a timelog becomes an invoice line, with nobody retyping anything.

smart_toy03

Then the agents arrived

Instead of bolting a chatbot onto the ticket list, we gave the queue a pipeline: a planner that reads the codebase, a coder that works across every linked repository, a reviewer that boots the app and drives a browser, and a doc reviewer that catches the documentation nobody updated.

verified_user04

What we refused to build

An agent that merges. Every run stops at an open pull request with the checks it ran spelled out in the approval comment. A human presses merge. That has never been up for negotiation.

The decisions you can check

Marketing claims are cheap. These are architectural choices you can verify the moment you open a trial.

code_blocks

Multi-repo by design

One ticket, one plan, a workspace per repository, and one pull request per repo that actually changed. Built that way because our own projects are an API plus an app plus a mobile client.

savings

The bill stays yours

We never resell inference. Your key, your provider, your model per agent, or your own Claude Code subscription and no API tokens at all.

fact_check

Honest numbers

Local runs report their usage as exact, estimated or unavailable, and the dashboard says which. We would rather show you a gap than invent a figure.

See it against your own repository

Book a demo and we will point the agents at a branch of your choosing, or start the trial and do it yourself this afternoon.
